Want us to give you a quote for your driveway, patio or landscaping / garden in your Lancashire property? If so please send an email to us or just phone with your ideas, we dont demand you detail everything you want and we are happy to give you the best ideas / advice about what we recommend for your driveway / garden for your budget, here is an example of what we could get asked by householders in Lancashire.
1 We are buying a property in Preston, Lancashire there is a driveway space at present with room to make into double(maybe a little bigger) for access for parking. We would love a quote ASAP and with this being a priority job for us when we move in in please.
2 We are considering having our Accrington house’s driveway paved and wondered if you could give some idea of cost if I took a photo and sent it to you?
3 We are negotiating to buy a house in Bury, Lancashire, believe you are close by and need an estimate for some drainage work in the garden please. The survey has thrown up a concern about drainage of rainwater off the artificial grass, here is the brief concern:
The artificial grass is tight against the brick course immediately below the airbricks along one part of the wall. This area is slightly below the level of the rest of the artificial grass and is in permanent shade.
The Surveyor has commented that the brick course is permanently wet and could cause problems over time. He says it needs a French Gutter connected to the nearby kitchen gully.
We will send you some photographs to show the current arrangement. The projected wall is 2.5m wide and it projects by 0.5m. The wall under the kitchen window is 0.35m to the edge of the artificial grass. Please can you give us an estimate for lifting and trimming the edge of the artificial grass, along with digging and installing a French Gutter as suggested. Please provide your estimate on this project, if you need any more information, please email us. We also have more detailed photos if these will help.
4 We have a two tiered deck in our garden, with composite decking on the top layer, and wooden decking with composite on top for the bottom layer. Ideally, wed like to remove all decking, and have a patio built on the bottom layer, with large paving slabs. If budget allows, wed also like to remove the top layer of decking, and have grass with a stone path leading to an outbuilding at the rear of the garden.
5 I have a concrete driveway 70% new the rest all in good order no cracks I want a quote to have it topped with stoned resin or resin bound driveways as you term it.
I was wondering if someone would be able to quote to replace my driveway. I currently have very old tarmac which needs replacing. Am looking at either replacing with tarmac or resin, and was looking for a quote for both materials. Property is in Burnley, Lancashire.
Am looking for an estimate to have a driveway repaired or even relaid / redone. Double driveway. Based in Clitheroe. Currently loose gravel. Still undecided on finish probably either paved or resin depending on costs. Thank you
I am looking for a vandal-proof wall (22m x 1.8m) for a section of my garden that backs onto a public footpath. My current wooden fence has been repeatedly smashed up and vandalised and I want to invest in a stronger barrier to protect my garden.
I need a solution that will:
1. prevent vandals from breaking into my garden if at all possible as we live in a high crime area of Lancashire, namely Oldham
2. prevent them from throwing rubbish into my garden
I have attached some pictures of the site. Do you think this project would be right for your company?
If so, please contact me by email, text/ WhatsApp or phone any time to discuss further, I have just been told that a friend has pointed out to me that a brick wall will not work for my garden as my conifers will destroy it over time, so I am looking into getting metal railings instead.
We are looking to get the area at the back of our garden paved, approx 3 x 3 metres, currently laid to gravel.
I would like to get a quote to have my driveway block paved, could I arrange for someone to visit or call me to discuss please
Hi, we’re looking for someone to come and sort our back garden – we would like someone who can suggest possible ideas for paving (or similar) around a raised bed, for under a shed and for one side o the garden and side passage
Require a Bradstone porcelain slab patio. I will order the slabs if you confirm its what we need I just need a quote for the labour and cement needed, does it need foundations digging and laying?
We want to replace the front grass lawn, front of house concrete path, and the concrete wheel tracks that serve as the driveway with a more attractive, low-maintenance paved driveway.
