1 Have a garden area that I need paving. It would involve paving the whole floor area and also creating a small decking area / staircase coming out of the back kitchen door down to the lower level. I have attached photos of my house in Burnley, If you could get in touch or perhaps swing by to take a look that would be great
2 I’m a contractor for a property management company and they would like the floor tiles replaced in their service yard because they all seem to be breaking up due to wear and tear and age. W have heavy trolleys are being pushed through this area so it might need something a bit more durable

3 Can you please provide provisional quote and your availability for installing block paving for a driveway of around 30m2 and / or perhaps propose other cost effective alternative (am open to resin). Please see attached pictures of the driveway. Also, could you please price a replacement of 7m fence and for your information we are in Burnley.
4 Further to our brief telephone conversation, please find attached photograph of the garden in Burnley showing the existing paving condition. As discussed the owner wishes the existing crazy paving to be taken up and re-laid with smaller joints and a firmer base, to ensure that the final surface is safe to walk on particularly for the more elderly visitors. The approximate total area to be re-laid is 250m2. The owner requires the work to be undertaken in the spring of next year with the expectation of drier weather. We are preparing notes and a drawing which will be issued later on. In the meantime I would be grateful if you can provide us with the contact details of a recent customer of yours so that we may seek a reference.

5 As I showed you, we have the ramp area at the back that will have 100mm x 100mm x 80mm deep granite blocks paved in stretcher course.
The front driveway will have 130mm of standard tarmac and then granite blocks in fan shaped pattern.
We will also have Eco Channels in the back and front.
You will have to quote for the whole project.

6 Hopefully you can see the image attached our our Burnley Driveway, not sure what happened in the previous email. And apologies for earlier, couldn’t take your call as I was caught up earlier in the afternoon. We’d like to create more space in the driveway for 2 cars in front of the white door so we’d need the fencing on just our side of the property removed, and the kerb dropped. We’re based locally to you in Burnley, Lancashire, if you’d like to inspect in person.
