The best overall Driveway company in Bury, Lancashire is ourselves, we are clearly biased but if you read our Google Reviews (click on the Google Review Widget on the bottom left of this page), you will see our clients agree that Stone Made Drives do great work in Bury.
1 We have recently moved into a new build property in Bury. There is a shared parking area for the seven houses and we have noticed a drainage issue with rain water. I’ve attached a picture. We are concerned it’s going to get worse as weather gets worse and it gets colder, I guess thats inevitable with climate change that we read about. If there anything you feel that can be done to rectify this issue. We have two allocated spaces which seem to attract the majority of the water
Let me know if you feel there would be a solution to this without obviously starting from scratch
2 We are managing agents for a site located in Bury and there is currently a retaining wall at the rear which is failing in some areas (see photos). We have been instructed by the Freeholders to arrange quotes for repair or replacement of this area. They have mentioned that it may be possible to replace with a brick wall and we would be grateful if you could provide a quote for this. The site in question is in Bury, which I believe is close to you. If you require us to meet with you on site, please do let us know.
3 After our chat and video call. I have attached the plan of the drive to my property in Bury to show the shape, the drive will not be as wide as the plan shows at the garage end, at least 1 metre narrower maybe 1.5m. Hoping the work to make the block and beam structure will be complete mid April so ready for the concrete finish then. The builders have said they will raise the brick work to above the finished height of the concrete drive.
4 I’m interested in a quote for a resin bonded driveway (plus side path) for my Bury Property (large detached house). Please find attached a rough plan, showing my estimate of total square meters, plus photos of the current driveway and path area. I’m assuming the entire area will require to be dug out in preparation, rather than used as a base (even partially) for the Resin top layer. Anyway hopefully you will get a view from the pictures and plan in order to give me a rough quote?
Based on the brickwork of the house I’m also keen to get your ideas and suggestions (possibly even some sample pictures) as to resin colours you’d recommend as well as options for edging.
