1 You came to us earlier this week to see our Driveway in Burnley and was kind enough to give us a written quote, now I think I want you to also replace our decking with the composite type of boards with a new sub-frame underneath, we would now like to proceed with you carrying out the work for us and now need to agree colour and surface type.
Below, see photos, is the colour that we want and also the surface type we are looking for. The boards come with the two surfaces on either side, we can then choose which looks best when you come to lay them.
If you can let us have a sample of the actual board that you will be using, in case you will not be buying from the particular company that sent us the sample below, and then finalise the quote in writing to us. {email would be fine}. No immediate time scale for you to do the work so it can be done at a time convenient to your workload.
2 I am looking at having my driveway sorted at my property in Burnley and I’m hoping you might be able to help.
I have converted the garage to a bedroom and I now want to widen the driveway (planning granted) to accommodate two cars. I have attached the old and new housing plan below, where you can see the rough dimensions of the front drive and garden (not very big at all approx 3m by 6m).
3 I’m looking for someone to come to the property and advise on designing the drive, including the size of it, material to be used and options that do and don’t include dropping the kerb.

4 I am writing on behalf of my partner who would like to do some work to his driveway on his property. He lives in Burnley and is looking to build a retaining wall along the front of her drive – to continue the brickwork so it covers the bushes that grow quite large during Summer.
