Our driveway specialists were asked to install a new functional yet attractive driveway in Burnley, Lancashire. With a wealth of experience in the driveway and hard landscaping industry, our team recommended block paving to our customer who wanted a large area covered to the front of their property.
With large shrubs and trees to accommodate, the paved areas had to incorporate the landscape around it too but we were confident we could provide the ideal solution.
Firstly, our team dug up the existing old driveway and cleared the large amount of debris so the area was ready to transform. After all of the groundwork had been completed, we prepared the base area to stop weeds pushing through, ready for the new driveway surface. Next, we began laying the new driveway. The customer opted for stunning grey slate block paving blocks which look fantastic against the lighter coloured block paving blocks around the edging.
The end result was something truly spectacular and the customer was delighted.
