Myself and my wife have decided we need to make repairs to two tarmac pathways with remedial works with tree roots making path uneven, 2nd pathway is an old concrete path which needs replacing as to many patches made over the years and uneven surfaces, would like to tarmac this area. If I get an email contact I cans send through pictures and plan for a rough quote then site visit is acceptable.
I need a quote for a tarmac drive extension please, how much does it cost? its a medium sized drive, I will move my caravan off the drive when you want to do it.
We have a new build property in Bury, Lancashire with a small patio and path with standard buff coloured slabs. Looking for bigger patio which works with the new installed bi fold doors incorporating drainage chanel. The same paving used on the patio for the paths to driveway and shed and side of the house. Need to reuse the existing slabs to the rear of the house to access meters. Would need you to do this
To prepare the driveway area
Dig out the area as agreed to a depth of 12 inches (1 foot) and form a base layer
Lay porous membrane
Lay type 1 granite over a weed suppressing membrane.
Lay block pavers, colour to our choice, probably charcoal with natural grey border
Compact and finish with kiln dried sand.
To remove all rubbish and building material before final payment is made.
Additionally and separately would like a quote for a small patio in my back garden which is 4m x 4.5m so almost square, there is currently horrible uneven concrete there. Secondly for the driveway I was wondering if you could also add to the quote for digging up and removing front lawn and laying just some basic gravel, just for extra parking space.
We are looking for a dropped curb quote for a detached house in Accrinton, Lancashire, have recently got all the applications passed from the council. Really want to make an extra parking space and to replace an old part of driveway and possibly replace pathway.
